This section outlines the NR Meds sales team compensation structure, designed to reward high performance and incentivize the achievement of sales targets. It includes details on base salary, commission structure, bonus opportunities, and special incentives.

Base Salary

Your base salary provides a stable foundation for your earnings. During your initial three-month probationary period, your base salary will be a set amount per month. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, your base salary will increase to a higher set amount per month.

To qualify for your base salary, you must achieve a minimum monthly sales target, which includes specific unit and revenue targets for Optilube 5g sachets and Optilube tubes (combined 42g and 82g).
