Commission levels are determined by your total monthly sales revenue. Each level has a corresponding sales target range and required quantities of Optilube products. As your sales revenue increases, you progress to higher levels, earning a greater percentage of your sales. Our commission structure is uncapped, allowing you to earn even more as your sales grow.

The commission structure, including product-specific targets, is subject to review and adjustment from time to time. This ensures the structure remains aligned with business objectives and reflects changes in our product portfolio. As our flagship products evolve, such as the introduction of new products to replace or complement the current 5g sachets, the commission structure will be updated accordingly. You will be notified of any changes to the commission structure in a timely manner.
