Bonus Structure
In addition to your base salary and commissions, you have the opportunity to earn substantial bonuses. Bonuses are awarded on a quarterly, bi-annual, and annual basis, rewarding consistent high performance.
- Quarterly Bonuses: These bonuses are paid every three months (March, June, September, December). To qualify, your sales must exceed the target by a set percentage for the three-month period. Bonus amounts increase with higher sales levels and corresponding product quantities.
- Bi Annual Bonuses: These bonuses are paid twice a year (June and December) and are awarded in addition to any quarterly bonuses earned. Qualification requires exceeding the target by a higher set percentage for the six-month period. Bi-annual bonuses are also tiered, with higher sales resulting in larger bonuses.
- Annual Bonus: This is the most substantial bonus and is paid annually in December. It recognizes outstanding performance over the entire year. To qualify, your sales must exceed the target by the highest set percentage for the twelve-month period. Like the other bonuses, the annual bonus is tiered based on sales performance.
-Special Bonus for Optilube Active 11ml Syringes: An additional bonus is available for sales of Optilube Active 11ml Syringes. Meeting specific quarterly and annual sales targets for this product will earn you extra bonus payments.
A hypothetical example illustrates the potential annual earnings based on consistent performance at a specific level, including base salary, monthly commissions, and all bonus categories, including the special syringe bonus. This example demonstrates how consistent achievement of targets and participation in the bonus program can significantly increase your total annual compensation.
